• Services Provided：In the first phase, F.O.G. used the GAM asset operation system to provide asset operation advice covering the whole life cycle of real estate", for approximately 17,000 long term rental apartments under Chengtou Holdings.

• In the second phase, we evaluated the feasibility of public REITs, formulated the REITs implementation strategy, and assisted in promoting the project and preparations for the public REITs for the apartments.
