CPIC Xinitiandi Commercial Center is jointly developed by China Pacific Insurance, Shui On Land Ltd. and Shanghai Yongye Group. It is located in the eastern part of the Taipingqiao block of Xintiandi.

It is strategically located with the Xintiandi office building and the Taipingqiao Lake Greenland to the west, the Cuihu Tiandi residential project to the south, Huaihai Park to the north, and Xizang South Road to the east.

The project has a gross floor area of approximately 390,000 square meters, of which approximately 200,000 square meters is for office use and 88,000 square meters is for commercial use, comprising a 250-meter landmark super Grade A office building, two super Grade A office buildings of about 100 meters and podium commercial buildings.
