Kunshan Industrial Park is located in Huaqiao Town, Kunshan City, a 40-minute drive from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. The park was constructed and financed by Sino-Ocean Group.

The park has a total land area of 101,228 square meters and building area of 156,157.72 square meters, which is mainly composed of 9 separate multi-storey buildings. Since its opening in 2008, the Park has attracted tenants from the Bank of China, Bank of Communications, Industrial Bank and other large commercial banks in China, and the occupancy rate of the Park has remained constant at 90% over the years.
