Qingdao Q1 Fortune Center Tower, a state-of-the-art, high-class skyscraper occupies 5593.30 square meters with a total building area of 108,600 square meters. It has 65 floors above ground and 5 floors below ground, rising 242 meters into the sky. The building ingeniously fuses a high-end foreign office building with a service apartment complex.

Led by world renowned Chinese-American architect I.M. Pei, Pei Partnership Architects designed this state-of-the-art project. With American landscape design firm, the SWA Group, planning the landscape, this project features an innovative and unique design.

This project is Pei Partnership Architects’ first project in mainland China that has a focus on external sales (other projects, such as embassies and museums, have mainly focused on public use).

Qingdao’s Q1 Fortune Center Tower will serve as the new landmark architecture for eastern China’s coastal regions.
