“Steady No. 2” completed its fund filing on May 8, 2018, and plans to raise a total of 2 billion RMB within 4 years. Recently, the fund has completed the first phase of fundraising and successfully invested in Sunac China’s (01918.HK) real estate development projects in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta.

“Steady No. 1” Securities Investment Fund (Liquidated)

”Steady No. 1" was established in September 2016. It mainly invested in the secondary market and was in operation for 20 months. As of the liquidation date, the annualized investment return rate was about 8.12%, exceptional for similar products during that time.
